Kieran O'Brien is a London based actor from Manchester.
He first rose to prominence as a child star playing the title character in the BBC series 'Gruey'. He then enjoyed further success as part of the main cast on the ITV series 'Children's Ward' and also starred opposite the late Harry Dean Stanton in 'The Jim Henson Hour'.
He continued acting into his adulthood, appearing in mainstream dramas, most notably as Robbie Coltrane's son in the multi-BAFTA winning 'Cracker'.
Other credits include 'Chernobyl' (HBO), 'Band of Brothers' (HBO), Russell T. Davies 'Years & Years' (BBC), 'The Family Pile' (ITV) and 'The Syndicate' (BBC).
He’s been on the big screen in 'Holmes & Watson' alongside Will Ferrell, and for the last thirty years, has been a regular collaborator with British director Michael Winterbottom.
Kieran played the multi-episodic role of Pegla in 'Andor' for Disney+ and most recently reprised his role of Jamie Tartt's Dad for the final season of award-winning Apple TV+ series 'Ted Lasso'.
