‘Harvey’ With Our Very Own Sally Scott Opens At The Theatre Royal Haymarket
‘Harvey’ opens at The Theatre Royal Haymarket with our very own and very wonderful Sally Scott.
Having performed across the country to rave reviews ‘Harvey’ as just opened at the West End’s Theatre Royal Haymarket. Sally performs alongside acclaimed comedy actors James Dreyfus and Maureen Lipman in the award-winning director Lindsay Posner’s new production of ‘Harvey’.
Mary Chase’s Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy is a much-loved classic about Elwood P. Dowd and his unwavering friendship with a six foot tall, invisible rabbit called Harvey!
Maureen Lipman plays Veta in the show, who tries to get her brother, Elwood P. Dowd played by James Dreyfus, committed rather than risk the family’s reputation! This hilarious comedy, which was immortalised in the classic film starring James Stewart, comes to the West End in a new production by Don Gregory, who produced the play on Broadway in 2012.
Harvey will play a strictly limited season at the Theatre Royal Haymarket from 17 March to 2 May 2015.
